• Diagnosing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and rooftop units
• Performing preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Communicating clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
• Working independently while maintaining high-quality standards

• HVAC Install Technician/Lead Installer

HVAC install technicians handle the installation of new heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial customers. Lead Installers may oversee installation crews and ensure all work meets safety and code requirements. Responsibilities include:

• Installing furnaces, air conditioning systems, boilers, ductwork, and ductless systems
• Completing installations for remodels and new construction projects
• Reading blueprints and fabricating ductwork as needed
• Supporting and training junior installers

• Plumbing Technician/Plumber

Plumbing technicians provide residential plumbing repairs, installations, and emergency services. This role supports both standalone plumbing work and services connected to HVAC projects. Responsibilities include:

• Repairing and installing water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Responding to plumbing service and emergency calls
• Ensuring work complies with local codes and safety standards
• Maintaining professional communication with customers

• Dispatcher/Office Support Coordinator

The dispatcher or office support coordinator helps keep daily operations running smoothly by managing calls, schedules, and communication. This role is essential to supporting technicians and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and scheduling service appointments
• Dispatching technicians efficiently
• Communicating appointment updates to customers
• Supporting general office and administrative tasks

• Service Manager/Operations Lead

The service manager oversees daily field operations and supports technicians to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction. This role helps drive efficiency, accountability, and team development. Responsibilities include:
